Job summary

Rheem Midwest Distribution (RMD) - Air Management Supply and Design Air is seeking an HVAC Technical Support Representative to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC equipment issues. You will train customers and internal staff, support warranty processes, and provide product guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Located in the Madison/Milwaukee/Minneapolis/Omaha area, this role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site visits and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related HVAC experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, ventilating or air conditioning systems.
• Degree in the HVAC industry preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for contractors, customers, and internal team members.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues via phone, email, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.
• Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
