Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation, troubleshooting, and system applications.
• Experience with ductless and/or VRF systems is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to contractors, technicians, and internal team members by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with HVAC equipment applications, installation questions, troubleshooting, and system operation.
• Conduct technical training on HVAC products and systems.
• Perform job site visits, when needed, to help diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support warranty claims by reviewing applications, communicating claim status, and coordinating with manufacturers.
• Help resolve warranty disputes between manufacturers and customers.
• Provide technical guidance on ductless, mini-split, and VRF systems, including controls and applications.
• Partner with sales, service, warranty, and product management teams to support customer success.
• Attend manufacturer training programs and stay current on new products and technologies.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation, troubleshooting, and system applications
• Experience with ductless and/or VRF systems, including controls, is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel for training or customer site visits
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights when necessary
