Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven HVAC industry solution selling experience.
• Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Initiative-taking with relentless sales focus.
• Excellent written and verbal technical/professional communication.
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment with measurable goals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Present offerings focused on target vertical markets (commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government).
• Identify customer needs and present products to meet them.
• Create targeted proposals and handle questions/objections.
• Create cost estimates for HVAC projects and maintenance.
• Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions.
• Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Self-generate leads within vertical markets and regions.
• Leverage offerings to generate leads and opportunities.
• Build rapport with office staff, field personnel and management.
• Become proficient on the McClure Company sales system.
• Uphold safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
