F.H. Furr is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while confidently recommending and selling new systems during service calls.

The role offers a high earning potential and a company-provided truck with materials. This position reports to the Rockville, MD location and includes a signing bonus up to $10,000 plus a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus for licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues
• Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell during service calls
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to homeowners

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Identify opportunities for system replacement when appropriate
• Educate customers on options and provide honest recommendations
• Sell new systems on the spot to meet homeowner needs
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and trust
