Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience in service, repair, or sales.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across residential HVAC systems.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell during service calls.
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners.
• EPA certification (NATE a plus).

• HVAC experience - 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales


• Strong technical skills - Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues

• Excellent communication - Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners understand


• EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!)
