Qualifications
- HVAC certification and 2+ years of maintenance/installation experience for commercial HVAC.
- Option 1: 4 years of experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing related trades.
- Option 2: 2 years of store experience at Walmart or similar.
- EPA 608 Certification is required for handling refrigerants.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVRS history and ability to operate company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Installs HVAC systems and related equipment and controls.
- Configures and calibrates building automation and direct digital controls.
- Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Performs preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Maintains safety standards and completes documentation of work.
