Job summary

Walmart USA is seeking a USA-based Technician, Facility Services, HVAC to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across multiple locations. You will interpret schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose mechanical and control issues while following safety standards.

You will work with management and facility partners, document activities with digital tools, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

HVAC certificate or technical training with hands-on experience.
EPA 608 certification is required for refrigerants handling.
Two years of mechanical maintenance or related field experience.
Option 1: four years in maintenance/related trades.
Option 2: two years of store experience.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and control components per specs and codes.
Configure and calibrate building automation and direct digital control systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues affecting HVAC and facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs to maximize performance and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders with digital tools.
Operate company vehicles safely to complete service calls in assigned regions.
Collaborate with management and facility operators for continuous improvement.
