Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an engineer to design, develop, and maintain HVAC products meeting performance and reliability targets across multiple platforms. You will lead product qualification, work with vendors and field teams, and document designs with BOMs and drawings.

The role emphasizes NPD processes, DFSS/DFMA, thermodynamics, and hands-on lab work with test stands and instrumentation to ensure design quality.

Qualifications

• HVAC system design and thermal sciences fundamentals.
• Experience with NPD processes and DFSS/DFMA principles.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain HVAC products across platforms.
• Lead product qualification and agency test programs.
• Interface with vendors, customers, and field personnel.
• Document designs with BOMs, drawings, and change notices.
• Support manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
