Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Start Up and Warranty Technician to join our Florida-based, employee-owned team. The role focuses on startup, commissioning, and warranty service for large-scale commercial HVAC systems within a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written and understanding of all products, equipment and proper procedures.
• Excellent organization skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review and be aware of the complete scope of all assigned Special Projects.
• Coordinate and help schedule manpower, subcontractors and equipment needed to keep jobs progressing.
• Attend job walks and turnover meetings as necessary.
• Assist with estimate and proposal process.
• Grow, develop, train and retain Special Projects Field Team.
• Perform annual reviews with all assigned field personnel.
• Assure high level of quality work is being performed at all times.
• Adhere to Service Department SOP’s and Safety Policies at all times.
