Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications.
Ability to act as a technical SME and guide customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as HVAC product expert for customers and sales team; conduct on-site consultations and assess needs.
Collaborate on design and layout of commercial HVAC systems; select equipment and plan applications.
Prepare equipment selections, estimates, and quotations based on mechanical plans.
Provide technical guidance before, during, and after equipment installation.
Consult with customers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
Manage customer accounts with responsive service and ongoing relationship management.
