Job summary

DMG North, part of Ambient Enterprises, is seeking an Outside Sales Product Specialist to act as the technical lead for commercial HVAC products. You will partner with the Outside Sales team to advise on equipment selection, perform on-site consultations, and guide customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities include estimating, quoting, providing submittals, and installation support to ensure project success and high customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for consultations and project support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HVAC Product Expert: primary technical resource for customers and sales team with on-site consultations and solution recommendations.
• Commercial HVAC System Design: assist in equipment selection and system layouts.
• Estimation and Quoting: prepare equipment selections, estimates and quotations.
• Technical Product Support: provide guidance before, during, and after installation.
• Customer Consultation: collaborate with customers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Account Management: manage customer accounts and provide ongoing technical support.
