Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an Outside Sales Product Specialist for its DMG North division. You will act as the technical resource for customers and the sales team, conducting on-site consultations and recommending HVAC solutions.

You will help design systems, prepare quotes, and support installations to ensure project success. Demonstrated HVAC design knowledge, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HVAC product expert during on-site consultations and advise customers on equipment selection and system applications.
• Collaborate with the sales team on commercial HVAC system design, equipment selection, and piping layouts.
• Prepare accurate equipment selections, estimates, and quotations from mechanical plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance before, during, and after equipment installation to support customers and contractors.
• Build and manage customer accounts, delivering responsive service and ongoing relationship management.
