Job summary

Therma-Stor LLC in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an early‑career engineer to join the Quest & Anden team as a Sales & Technical Support Associate. You will blend engineering, HVAC applications, and technical sales to support customers from lead development to post‑sale support.

You will learn product design, performance, and field conditions while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~10% initially, increasing with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical knowledge of Quest and Anden dehumidification products and systems.
• Assist customers with equipment selection, design, and troubleshooting.
• Qualify inbound leads and support opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinating with Sales/Engineering teams.
• Participate in field visits, training, and customer installations to build knowledge.
• Travel with Regional Sales Managers to support territory growth.
