Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in technical sales and HVAC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% initially, with travel increasing as responsibilities grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical knowledge of Quest and Anden dehumidification products, controls, applications, and system design.
• Assist customers, contractors, distributors, and sales representatives with equipment selection, application questions, system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Qualify opportunities, prepare quotations, and support pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Travel with Regional Sales Managers to customer, distributor, contractor, and representative visits.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM and sales systems.
• Participate in product training, field visits, and customer installations to build practical knowledge.
