Job summary

Temperature Systems Inc. in Madison, WI, seeks an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to deliver knowledgeable responses, troubleshoot solutions, and provide exceptional service in a 100% onsite environment.

You will support counter sales and inside sales functions, process orders, quote parts, coordinate deliveries, and help customers find the right HVAC products while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years HVAC experience.
• 1–2 years counter sales or customer service (call center preferred).
• ERP software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer calls and walk-in traffic.
• Prepare and enter orders.
• Assist customers in identifying proper parts, equipment, and supplies; quote pricing and availability.
• Research parts to stock new equipment.
• Provide solutions to customer requests, including research and options.
• Troubleshoot inventory and shipping problems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules between company and customer.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain product knowledge of TSI lines.
• Proactively promote additional sales to customers.
