Job summary

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support the sales of HVAC products and services. You’ll size and price systems to meet customer requirements, provide technical support to the outside sales force, and assist the Service Group in troubleshooting equipment problems.

Responsibilities include creating quotations, supporting field teams, mastering product lines, managing factory training, and performing tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical engineering or five years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create product and system solutions, including formal quotations for customer applications.
• Provide technical support to Outside Sales and Service teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of specific product lines as assigned by supervisor.
• Manage and evaluate factory training for the company’s product lines.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
