Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions
• Manage complex multi service solutions proposals
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline
• Demonstrate sales skills including commercial acumen and integrity
• Develop and sustain customer relationships
• Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively
• Create high quality timely estimates, bids & proposals including cost-benefit analyses
