Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist based in Chicago, IL. You will pursue opportunities for modernization or controls across plan/spec and design/build, or direct-to-owner projects, building relationships and delivering customer-focused HVAC solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of winning complex proposals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related fields.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, work safely around rooftops and mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC and promote Carrier value proposition.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals and opportunity pipelines.
• Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and sales stages.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships and credible client trust.
• Create compelling presentations and respond with timely estimates and bids.
• Achieve sales metrics and annual targets.
