Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Background in mechanical design translating challenges into solutions.
• Experience with general contractors in business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop project solutions for customers enhancing competitive advantage.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for HVAC systems.
• Act as technical point of contact during preconstruction phases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Identify new opportunities through direct customer engagement.
