Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced and career-minded HVAC Service Technicians to join our Gaithersburg, MD team. If you are eager to grow and join an evolving team, we encourage you to apply!

Use your HVAC skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. A Journeyman license is preferred but not required; OSHA safety knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systemsDiagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
