Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our Glen Burnie, MD team. Use your skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial heating and cooling systems and their control systems.

A Journeyman license is preferred, OSHA knowledge is required, and a company vehicle is provided. We offer competitive pay ($33–$50 per hour), overtime opportunities, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to diagnose issues, repair, and perform maintenance on large HVAC systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and control systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble components as needed.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systemsDiagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
