AirWorks in California is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to serve residential clients with in-home visits, assess comfort and energy needs, and design tailored HVAC solutions.

You'll leverage a consultative sales approach to educate homeowners, present options, and close deals, working closely with the installation team. The role offers a competitive base and uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle and full benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work some evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assess homeowners' comfort and energy needs during in-home consultations.
• Design tailored HVAC solutions for each client.
• Present options and explain system features to facilitate decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales, coordinating with installation teams.
• Document activities and follow up to drive referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.
• Collaborate with the installation team for smooth project handoffs.
