AirWorks in California is seeking an HVAC Sales Consultant to manage high-quality, warm inbound leads and guide homeowners through choosing the right HVAC systems for comfort and energy needs. This role avoids cold calls and door knocking, focusing on relationship-building and closing deals with motivated customers.

You will collaborate with installation and support teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial consultation to project completion, supported by a base salary, uncapped

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, or home remodeling preferred).
• Proven consultative sales skills with a focus on solution-building.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowner needs related to home comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Design and recommend custom HVAC solutions tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Present and explain product and service options to clients in a clear, educational manner.
• Finalize sales agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
