Job summary

PowerTech is expanding into full-service HVAC and seeks a leader to build and manage this division for the Omaha metro area. You will lead technicians, oversee budgeting, and drive profitability while ensuring top-tier customer service and safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, team development, and strategic growth with ongoing professional development and a collaborative on-site work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA and Master level licenses required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• Oversee job quoting, scheduling, dispatching, and completion to meet profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Conduct site visits, plan reviews, inspections, and quality assurance.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to expand HVAC services.
• Coordinate with managers and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling and successful job objectives.
