Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation is seeking an HVAC Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers needing HVAC service and maintenance. You will coordinate work orders from initial request through completion, scheduling technicians, reviewing quotes, and maintaining clear communication with customers and vendors.

You will ensure accurate, timely service with high customer satisfaction while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment at our Medina, Ohio site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in HVAC, facilities, or related coordination roles preferred.
• Experience coordinating HVAC service calls and vendors is strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing quotes, proposals or invoices is a plus.
• Experience with work-order management, CRM, scheduling, or dispatch software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC services by scheduling technicians, subcontractors, or vendors and communicating scope of work and expectations.
• Obtain and review quotes for repairs, maintenance, and replacement work and secure customer approvals.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and service providers regarding scheduling, status, delays, and recommendations.
• Track open work orders, address delays, and review documentation to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate notes, quotes, approvals, and updates in PVC Connect and the Customer Portal while handling multiple requests efficiently.
