EMCOR Services Fagan has an opportunity for HVAC Sales – Preventative Maintenance at our Kansas City, KS headquarters. We’re looking for a driven, competitive Business Development professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

This is a true hunter role focused on expanding our HVAC service portfolio—selling high-value, recurring service agreements and solutions into the commercial market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience of 3 to 5 years is preferred.
• Professional Sales training preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Relentless drive to win new business and outperform goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of the company’s HVAC services, including prospecting leads, qualifying calls, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiations, and managing the sales cycle to close.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure revenue, margins, and product mix targets are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential new customers.
