Control Point Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is growing and we are looking for residential service technicians to join our team. We have served Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest area for almost 20 years.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00/hr for Junior Technician (under 5 years relevant experience) or $35.00 to $45.00/hr for Senior Technician (5+ years relevant experience). Schedule is Monday – Friday, with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• NATE certification preferred.

Control Point Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is growing and we are looking for residential service technicians to join our team.

We have been providing Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest area with top-notch service, quality products, and fair pricing for almost 20 years.
