Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform AC service, repair and maintenance.
• Work with oil, propane, natural gas and electric HVAC systems.
• Maintain propane and electric heating/AC systems, heat pumps, ductless systems and boilers.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on systems and products.
• Consult with customers and advise on repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Contact tech support for diagnostic questions as needed.
• Daily use of tablet for work orders and documentation.

HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $32.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift

Pay Range:

• 1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
• 2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour | must have AC, oil & propane experience
• Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday
• Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday & Sunday

Location: Danvers and Newburyport MA

Job Duties:

• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• AC service, repair, and maintenacne
• Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
• Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
• Providing excellent customer service
