The role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients, with emphasis on safety and quality service.

Location: Greater Boston & Metro West, MA

Pay: $42.00-$57.00 per hour, based on experience

We’re currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Communicate recommendations and the benefits of preventative maintenance to customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while following company standards and safety practices

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Sheet Metal License
• HVAC Technical School certification
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Ownership of commonly used HVAC tools
