Job summary

New Era Plumbing & HVAC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems in the Lowell/Dracut area. Earn $40-50/hour based on experience, with SPIFFs and commissions and year-round, consistent work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership potential.
