Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a track record of performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on diverse HVAC systems to ensure reliable comfort for our residential and commercial clients.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, bring your own tools and a reliable vehicle, and coordinate with vendors on specialty repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license; able to work independently.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
