Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. You’ll perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HVAC and appliance repair experience, own tools and a reliable vehicle, and EPA certification. You must be able to work independently with a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to work independently.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs is mandatory.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
