Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with HVAC certification is required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes and resolves customer problems courteously and timely.
• Diagnoses and services HVAC/R equipment accurately.
• Inspects equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Maintains accurate documentation and processes on-site.
• Delivers excellent customer service and asks for replacement product sales leads as appropriate.
