Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will communicate with customers, promote our products and services, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, performance checks, part delivery, and accurate record-keeping for each call. Ability to work independently and handle on-call shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures satisfaction.
• Promotes products and services to customer and records all required information on service call.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Delivers parts and equipment needed to complete service work and ensures proper paperwork is completed.
