Job summary

Fidelity Building Services Group is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our Baltimore, MD team. We have been a distinguished provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1951.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, a valid Driver’s License, and a commitment to excellence in service. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC service.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Journeyman license and certifications are welcomed.
• Experience with HVAC system issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment.
• Replace pump seals, motor bearings, and air filters.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.

CAN YOU…

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and associated components including but not limited to rooftop units, mini splits, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and large tonnage split systems?




• Replace pump seals, motor bearings, air filters, belts, sheaves, etc.?




• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC/R equipment?




• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues?

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience




• Valid Driver’s License




• Journeyman license welcomed, but not required




• Universal CFC certification welcomed, but not required




• Factory training is welcomed, but not required




• Combustion, compressor, and refrigerant training/classes are welcomed, but not required
