Job summary

You will work on RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation, applying precise workmanship and a customer‑first approach.

You will perform service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, document results, and communicate options clearly to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience or completed an apprenticeship.
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions confidently.
• Comfortable with ladders, rooftop work, and physical demands of the trade.
• Commitment to safety and clear communication.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving HVAC technologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with basic controls troubleshooting (DDC, economizers, sensors).
• Boiler or hydronics experience.
• Light sheet metal or piping skills.
