Commercial Express HVAC is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support Virginia and Maryland clients, delivering reliable service on complex systems and keeping critical facilities operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• 6 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC system issues.
• Service and maintain equipment including RTUs, boilers, chillers, VAVs, and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Accurately document service work and system conditions.
• Deliver professional customer service on-site.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and leadership.

What You'll Do

You'll work on complex commercial HVAC systems that keep critical facilities operating every day.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC system issues

• Service and maintain equipment including:

• RTUs

• Boilers

• Chillers

• VAV systems

• HVAC controls

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Accurately document service work and system conditions

• Deliver professional customer service on-site

• Collaborate with experienced technicians and leadership
