Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our San Antonio area service team. Ideal candidates are experienced in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing a range of commercial HVAC systems, including VRF, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment.
• VRF experience preferred.
• Chiller and boiler experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls.
• Work on rooftop units, air handlers, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, and chillers.
• Complete equipment start-ups, repairs, and replacements.
• Build material lists and identify parts required for repairs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
