Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II in Birmingham, AL. You will perform routine and standard service tasks, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely work.

The role requires 2+ years HVAC experience, EPA/safety certs, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work under general to minimal supervision, with on-call shifts and opportunities to upsell parts and services.

Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial systems.
• Inspects equipment, performs diagnostics, and prevents breakdowns.
• Records information on a handheld device and completes paperwork neatly.
• Promotes products and services to customers and coordinates with dispatch.
• Maintains safety and uses PPE as prescribed.
