Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and work under supervision with a focus on quality and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years’ HVAC experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems professionally and timely.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Delivers parts and equipment to complete service work and records information on a handheld device.
