Service Experts LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician II in Birmingham, AL. You will diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems, communicate with customers, and promote services.

The role requires strong diagnostic abilities, EPA certifications, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. You will work under minimal supervision, balance multiple calls daily, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure accurate status reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service HVAC equipment and accessories in residential and light commercial settings.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Deliver and replace parts and equipment to complete service work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services.
