Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requires 2+ years HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver's license; emphasizes safety, diagnostics, and strong communication; full-time with on-call shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience of 2+ years with technical training certification.
• EPA certification and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and light commercial service calls with supervision.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, promote quality customer service.
• Inspect equipment, run diagnostics, prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Handle parts delivery and paperwork, collect payments as needed.
• Communicate status with dispatch and provide accurate service reports.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good order.
