Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Required registrations, licenses, and/or certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems including split, packaged, RTU, WSHP, CRAC, chillers and airside equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance per service agreements.
• Fulfill service contracts, quoted projects, and service calls with profitability in mind.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed to satisfaction.
• Participate in technician on-call standby rotation as per policies.
