Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include on-site service, diagnostics, maintenance, parts handling, and coordination with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnose and service HVAC equipment and accessories to identify problems.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment to complete service work.
• Record information on a handheld device and complete forms accurately.
