Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Facilities Service Tech II to perform inspections, diagnostics, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

This role ensures systems operate efficiently and reliably by following company standards and safety protocols. You will diagnose and service a wide range of equipment, maintain client relationships, and participate in on-call rotations to support critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two-year technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of various HVAC systems including split systems, mini-split systems, RTUs, WSHPs, CRAC units, chillers, and airside equipment.
• Performs disassembly and reassembly of HVAC equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in service agreements.
• Successfully fulfills service contracts, quoted projects, and service calls while maintaining profitability.
• Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Participates in technician on-call standby rotation according to policy.
