2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC seeks an HVAC Technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems in Charleston, SC. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction while promoting our products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training certification preferred.
• Must possess EPA and safety certifications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment.
• Record all required information on service tickets and paperwork.
• Promote products and services to customers and assist in sales leads.
• Maintain company tools and vehicle in good condition.
• Work under general supervision and flexible hours as needed.
