Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver parts and equipment and assist technicians as needed.
• Document service calls and complete paperwork; collect payment if required.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Maintain professional vehicle and safety practices per policy.
• Communicate with dispatch and report status during calls.
• Represent the company professionally and follow procedures.
