Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and ability to read wiring diagrams. Strong communication, time management, and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC service (required).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing HVAC equipment and reading wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs.
• Collaborate with dispatch and other technicians to ensure timely service.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
