Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC technician in Charleston, SC to diagnose, service and maintain residential and light commercial equipment. You will communicate with customers, document work, and promote products and services while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' HVAC experience with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required by governing laws.
• Proficient at servicing heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and prevent outages; record data on the handheld device.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote services to customers.
