Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years of experience.
• EPA certification and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration components.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service calls on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote services and products to customers.
• Accurately document work performed and parts used.
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
